Important Note: According to the Constitution:
- Section 13: Membership fee is payable upon admission (one-time)
- Section 14: Annual subscription fee is due by 1st January each year
Payment Terms: First-year members pay both the Membership Fee (upon admission) and the Annual Subscription Fee. Subsequent years, only the Annual Subscription Fee is due by 1st January.
