WHO WE ARE

Our Purpose & Mission

The Civil Society Health Partnership (CSHP) is an organization established to coordinate, manage and monitor the activities of non-faith based civil society, NGOs and other stakeholders operating in the Health sector.

Our mandate is to coordinate and monitor the activities of CSOs, NGOs and other stakeholders in the health sector by mapping their activities to prevent duplication in functional or areas of operation.

CSHP focuses on non-faith based organizations whose membership includes CSOs, Local and international NGOs, Private Health Facilities, Diagnostic centers, Health Training Institutions and Pharmaceutical and Medical supply chains and service organizations.

What We Deliver

Member Coordination Platform

Regular quarterly meetings, technical working groups, and an online database of active health CSOs across all 10 provinces of Zambia.

Resource Mobilization Support

Technical assistance for grant writing, donor mapping, and sustainability planning; linking local CSOs to international funding streams.

Policy Engagement & Research

Producing policy briefs on emerging health threats, organizing national health forums, and supporting MOH in policy dialogues.

Monitoring & Evaluation Framework

Developing standard indicators to track CSO contributions toward UHC, HIV, malaria, TB, maternal health, and health system strengthening.

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

CSHP collaborates through formal agreements to ensure coordinated, efficient, and accountable health programming across Zambia.

Government of Zambia (MoH)

Alignment with National Health Strategic Plan, joint steering committees, and reporting frameworks.
